Tourism Tax The tourism tax, which includes both city and district mandatory taxes, will be calculated per person per night and added to the total room price. The exact amount of this tax can be found on our website at www.lanovieta.com. In 2025, no tourism tax will be applied.
Accommodation Bookings and Quote Bookings can be made online at www.lanovieta.com. Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. You agree to pay the rate for each night of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you have departed the accommodation.To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set out herein.Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities. Any third-party visitors are only allowed access with our express permission.If you wish to make changes or cancellations to your reservation, please contact our reservations team at reservation@lanovieta.com. Please note that modifications to bookings may be subject to applicable fees, and availability is not guaranteed.
Maximum Allowed Guests and Unregistered Guests Double rooms are for two persons only; no extra beds can be added. It is strictly prohibited to invite unregistered guests into the accommodations or the hotel.La Novieta Boutique Hotel is not suitable for group events such as celebrations, bachelor parties, etc. We offer an intimate and cozy atmosphere so guests can relax after a long day of exploring the city; therefore, parties are not allowed. Violation of these policies may result in penalties of €200 or exclusion from the hotel without the possibility of reimbursement. Any damages or theft caused by unregistered guests will be charged to the client.
Payment Policy Full payment (“prepaid amount”) is required at the time of booking. The booking may be canceled automatically if the prepayment is not received within two (2) days of making the booking.
Deposit As a guest at La Novieta Boutique Hotel, you agree to treat our property, including artwork, furniture, sheets, and towels, with care and respect.In the event of any damages, stains, or excessive wear and tear caused by your actions or those of your guests during your stay, you may be liable for associated repair or replacement costs.To ensure the protection of our property and the comfort of future guests, we reserve the right to charge a security deposit upon check-in. The security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card or collected in cash, and the amount will be communicated to you upon check-in.The security deposit will be held until the conclusion of your stay. After your departure and a thorough inspection of the accommodations, any applicable charges for damages, stains, or excessive wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. If the total charges exceed the deposit amount, you will be responsible for covering the remaining balance. Normal wear and tear are excluded from this policy. Minor wear and tear that occurs during regular use of our facilities will not result in charges.
B. CANCELLATION POLICY The applicable cancellation terms depend on the tariff selected at the time of booking: Early Bird or Solo Traveler Tariff: Non-refundable & non-modifiable.
Flex Rate or Overnight Tariff: → 30+ days before arrival: Full refund of prepaid amount. → 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the prepaid amount will be retained. → 0–14 days before arrival: 100% of the prepaid amount will be retained. These conditions also apply to early departures or no-shows.
Last Minute Tariff: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Fully refundable if cancelled in time.Group Reservations (2+ rooms booked): → A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. → 60+ days before arrival: Full refund of prepaid amount. → 30–59 days before arrival: 50% of the prepaid amount will be retained. → 0–29 days before arrival: 100% of the prepaid amount will be retained. Group bookings are non-modifiable within 30 days of arrival. Additional terms may apply depending on the group size and nature of the reservation.
Group Reservation Policy For reservations of two (2) rooms or more, the Group Reservation Terms shall prevail over any individual tariff conditions originally selected. In the event of such a booking, the cancellation and modification terms set forth under “Group Reservations” shall apply in their entirety, regardless of the room rate or promotional tariff chosen at the time of booking.
Refunds and Bank Fees Refunds are subject to the above cancellation policy. Please note that in all refundable cases, bank transaction fees are non-reimbursable. Refunds outside the above policy may only be granted in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of management.
C. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in Our standard check-in time begins at 15:00 (3 PM). We will make every effort to accommodate earlier or later check-ins when arranged in advance. Early check-in is available upon request for €30, subject to availability. Luggage drop-off is available from 10:30 AM, free of charge. After 20:00 (8:00 PM), check-in will be via self check in using a 6-digit digicode.
Check-out Check-out time is before 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Later check-outs may be possible upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Lost Key or Damage to Locks The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks is €60 for lost keys and €150 for lock replacement, payable immediately.
D. HOTEL RULES
Child Policy We aim to create a tranquil atmosphere at La Novieta to ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests. Therefore, we do not recommend our hotel for children under the age of 18. Please note that we do not assume liability for accidents.
Pets Policy No pets are allowed in the hotel.
WiFi Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests agree to use this service fairly and appropriately. The access is intended for general use (web browsing, email, messaging, social media, light streaming). It is not intended for heavy streaming, online gaming, or illegal activities. Any unlawful use will be reported to local authorities.
Breakfast Breakfast is optional and served in the living room or outdoor patio between 09:15 and 10:30, unless otherwise requested. An extra fee of €22 per person, per day applies.
Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. Ashtrays are provided in the patio. If there is any evidence of smoking inside rooms, an additional €250 cleaning fee will be charged.
Guest Rooms – Prohibited Items The following items are strictly prohibited: flammable or hazardous materials, items emitting foul odours, firearms or weapons, oversized or excessive items, gambling or prostitution-related items, illegal drugs, or any items prohibited by Spanish law.
Valuables, Security and Storage A safe-deposit box is available at reception. While management takes responsible steps to ensure safety, guests remain ultimately responsible for their own property. Rooms should be locked when unoccupied. Rooms may not be used for business activities without prior consent.
Toilets Only toilet paper may be flushed. Any other materials (cotton buds, sanitary products, etc.) will cause blockages and charges will apply.
E. GENERAL
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with our team.Guests must respect cleanliness of common areas and noise levels. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation if a guest becomes a nuisance to others or staff.
Your Liabilities Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by their acts, omissions, or negligence. By booking with us, you agree to indemnify us for such losses. Normal wear and tear excluded.Insurance We strongly recommend all guests hold travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss or theft of belongings.
F. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
La Novieta Boutique Hotel cannot be held liable if events beyond our control (“force majeure”) prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, including but not limited to: interruptions to utilities, strikes or unrest, fire, flooding, severe weather, or government-imposed closures.Guests agree that the hotel, its owners, and staff shall not be held responsible for injury, death, loss, or damage of property, whether arising from natural causes, negligence, or wrongful acts of third parties.
G. BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in financial liability, including damages, and may lead to eviction without refund. By booking, you authorize us to debit your credit card or apply your deposit against such costs.
H. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY We are committed to environmental responsibility. Guests are kindly asked to: Switch off lights and A/C when not in use. Turn off taps after use. Avoid unnecessary towel changes. Respect our recycling practices.
I. DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY We take data protection seriously. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with third parties unless required for processing.
Website Information While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct or amend website content without notice. The hotel is not liable for costs or damages resulting from reliance on website information.
